Mini rant.


Last night I was having horrible panic attacks and there was a loud thump in what sounded like the living room. I’m still on crutches so I was like “yo kayl that was hella loud can you go check on the cats?” And she gets up and checks and they are both sleeping. Que panic attack. I woke her up again later at another loud thump. Cats had knocked over one of their toys. She goes back to sleep. Now I apologized like 5 times for waking her up twice last night between the times I woke her and this afternoon.

So tonight she falls asleep but didn’t close the closet door and the cats with try to climb up my shirts on the hangers so I was like bro you should close the door before you go to bed we can’t leave it open. She complains I keep waking her up and it’s gonna be like last night and she lays down saying “thats the last time I’m getting up tonight so don’t wake me.” Like oof okay. I brush it off and continue with my evening.

Well a few minutes ago I noticed it was pretty warm in the house and she kept throwing off her blanket so I was like yo I will be nice and open the window. Well the bed is right under the window and I can reach the latch and my right leg is in a full leg brace so it’s a little awkward.

I end up accidentally being a little too noisy and she wakes up. I immediately apologize and explain “I was just trying to crack the window it’s warm in here and you looked overheated.”

She shoots back “you just loooove waking me up don’t you? You just gotta wake me up every fucking day huh?” And rolls over.

Like excuse me ma’am…. a little over dramatic there miss? “Everyday?!” Bitch please last night was the first night in forever that I woke you up. And you get mad if I have panic attacks at night and don’t tell you, but then you do this when I do tell you? Like you can’t have it both ways.

She asked to play the game I have on my phone. I let her. I fell asleep.

I woke up just 2 hours later to her deep cleaning the house and making snide remarks to me. It’s 11:30 at night and she works tomorrow and is usually asleep by 9.

I’m not stupid I know she went through my phone.

I know she saw something that hurt her feelings.

Some positives of this year:

Got a much needed surgery that completely fixed my horrible periods and I now have extremely calm and easy to handle periods for the first time in years.

I was accepted to college and start in 2021!

I learned how to stand my ground💪🏻


I have office experience and I’m forklift certified which has opened up so many opportunities.

I got an iPad and have been exploring digital art and having a BLAST doing so.


I learned more about myself this year than I did last year.

*before I rant please know I was injured about 3 weeks ago and can’t walk and I live on the 3rd floor

Me: hey I’m really craving fruit or peach tea can I give you the money for the $2 tea I like and can you grab it on your way home?

Her: ugh do I have to? I know your about to start your period but you really need to work on your cravings.

Me: well. Normally when I’m pmsing and craving fruit or tea I just go get it. However I’m not able to drive with my leg in a full brace 🙃

Her: silence

Me: what if I go with you? I can ride in the car with you so your not alone. I’m willing to do that.

Her: why? So I can come home for you to tell me you don’t want to go down the stairs?

(Now keep in mind that situation has NEVER HAPPENED. Since me getting hurt there has NEVER been a situation where I told her “I will go with” then she got home and I said “never mind I don’t feel like it.” So she literally just pulled that out of thin air.)

Me: hey that hurt my feelings man. I’m saying I’m willing to compromise with you and meet you as halfway as I can and your shutting me down with make believe situations.

Her: whatever dude I have to go. *hangs up*
